"We had problems with the treadmill a couple days after setting it up ourselves--don’t think we did it right--and the service team was so helpful. We really appreciated how understanding they were and how quickly they returned our phone calls. If we could do it again we’d definitely spend the extra couple of bucks to have them assemble it for us, but it was nice to know that they were there to help when we needed them."

"I have to say first that I was very nervous about buying online, however, after speaking with Smooth Fitness customer service, I felt a little more at ease. She explained the entire process and set my expectations. When I received my unit earlier than quoted, It was a good first sign. After assemblying this treadmill I would consider paying extra to have them do it. I get my workout in and have fun listening to my ipod. The motor is very quiet and computer is very user friendly. If you need a runners treadmill and need to save money, this is the one. "
