"Just wanted to say thanks for making such a great treadmill for this price range…it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m making the transition from going to the gym to working out at home and I was worried I’d miss the gym’s equipment that I was used to. I have to say, I might actually like the smooth model better than those at the gym. While a home gym might save money in the long run, it’s definitely more out of pocket at once, so I’m so thankful for a unit that’s not only high quality but at a price I can afford. "

"The last treadmill I bought had so many problems, and when I’d call for help the company took forever to get back to me every time. Even when they came to set it up, they had zero clue what they were doing, took them 3 hours just to tell me that something was wrong and they'd have to come back. So I was really careful when buying a new treadmill. Based upon reviews I’d read I went with the Smooth 5.65 and skeptically opted to have them come and set it up. Thankfully, the men who came were extremely friendly and quick, they definitely knew what they were doing, which was impressive. Took about 25 minutes. Have had no problems yet, so can’t say much about the helpfulness of their customer service, but I’d say that’s a good sign. "
