About Jim Bompensa
Health Club Owner, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Specialist

Jim began personal training while attending college for his bachelor’s degree in corporate fitness. Upon graduation, he began managing individual gym locations for one of the largest health club companies in the United States.

In 2002, Jim opened his own health club, Body Physics, in Haddonfield, New Jersey. This small studio grew into a fitness force, offering personal training, customized memberships, fitness boot camps, corporate fitness programs and a martial arts school.

With his nationally recognized fitness certifications, Jim has made numerous television appearances, and his articles, workouts and advice have been featured in many publications.
